Pesticides recently soaked the rolling hills near the beautiful Balaton Lake, killing all living organisms. Then came the artificial fertilizers, putting the depleted wine stocks on life-support all while rain showers pushed the fertilizers into the lake, seeping into the algae that then bloomed, died, and depleted the entire lake of oxygen and killing almost all life.

When Florian took over the production at an old wine estate, it was time for a new wine on new grapes.
German-born Florian's vision and mission have turned the previously depleted soils into fruitful bio-diverse heaven for flora and fauna.
